However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return, refund, and cancellation policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Return requests must be submitted via email to bit_bunker@outlook.com within the 30-day period
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at bit_bunker@outlook.com, including your order number and reason for cancellation.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may proceed with a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy above.
Exceptions
Return shipping costs are not covered by BIT BUNKER SDN. BHD. unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
We do not accept returns for:

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition

Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)
